If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days and can receive a full refund. Return Conditions:

• Items must be in 100% original condition with tags attached: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from makeup.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• We recommend using a traceable delivery method for your protection.

Important Exceptions:

• Sale items are final sale (no returns or exchanges) unless defective or faulty.
• We don't accept returns on scrunchies, or tote bags, unless defective.
• Return shoes in their original box, packed inside a shipping bag. The box must be in original condition.
